Job summary

Gallup is seeking an associate consultant in Omaha to build trusted advisory relationships and turn business challenges into positive outcomes. You will gain experience on workplace dynamics, receive mentorship, and collaborate with seasoned Gallup consultants to lay a foundation for long-term leadership at Gallup.

You’ll contribute to real client work from day one, align with frameworks, and learn to design lasting workplace solutions while growing your career in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree by May 2027 required.
  • Availability to start working full time in June 2027 required.
  • At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising or recruitment, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required.
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Omaha office Monday through Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

What You Need

estimated annual salary range of $60,000-$70,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual's education, experience and skills. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses.
