Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Talent Alignment Senior Associate to partner with Managers and Partners to staff engagements and ensure opportunities for professional growth across the firm.

You will forecast hours, manage utilization, coordinate talent across client assignments, and maintain accurate headcount and reporting while collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Staff engagements and ensure appropriate staffing with Managers and Partners.
• Schedule talent to client assignments based on timing, skills, and requirements.
• Forecast hours, track utilization, and monitor headcount and billable hours.
• Identify solutions to open needs and proactively manage conflicts.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to maintain updated scheduling systems.
