Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a Talent Advisor in Memphis, TN for a permanent full-time internal position. Entry level with no experience required, but at least 1 year of sales experience is preferred. You will recruit, interview, and place candidates with clients, while driving customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include matching skills to hiring needs, developing business leads, and maintaining strong client relationships to grow branch profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of sales experience required
• Supervisory/leadership experience a plus; staffing industry experience preferred
• Experience in sales, human resources, or service industry recommended
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates
• Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates
• Match employee skills to customers' hiring needs
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele
• Assist in admin tasks supporting branch operations
• Conduct service calls and outside sales calls to obtain new business partnerships
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers
• Implement marketing programs for sales calls and demos
• Nurture partnerships with exceptional customer service and retention strategies
• Recruit, train and retain temporary staff; coach for quality performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues of temporary associates and customers
