Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Relationship Manager II in North America. You will lead the fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers and serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment needs across the account.

You will coordinate with offshore delivery centers, coach the RSSs, TAs and RCs, and drive best-practice recruitment processes while delivering strong stakeholder alignment and KPI achievement.

Qualificações

• End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for various roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
• Collaborate with RSS/RC and offshore centers across the account.
• Coach and mentor RSSs, TAs, and RCs on best practices.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for the client and role.
• Provide guidance and strategic advice to client stakeholders.
