Qualifications

• High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred.
• Must have sales experience at least 1 year.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry recommended.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites as needed; reliable transportation a must.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently as well as in a group setting.
• Sales-minded, team-oriented and exceptionally calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Perform resume searches, refer to candidate pool to fulfill client orders in a timely manner.
• Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Act as liaison between temporary associates and clients.
• Maximize billable hours to increase branch profits.
• Conduct service calls and outside sales calls to obtain new partnerships.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
• Implement and manage marketing programs for sales calls, direct mail, and events.
• Nurture partnerships by delivering exceptional customer service and retention strategies.
• Recruit, train and retain temporary staff; coach and counsel for performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems for temporary staff and customers.
