Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates
• Match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele
• Act as liaison between temporary associates and clients
• Maximize billable hours and branch profits
• Conduct service calls and outside sales to obtain new business partnerships
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers
