Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience.

• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, or staffing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates and temporary staff.
• Match employee skills to clients’ hiring needs to maximize placement success.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele to grow branch profits.
• Serve as liaison between temporary associates and clients and manage service calls.
