Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a Talent Advisor to join our Madison, AL team. This is a permanent, full-time internal position with immediate consideration offered. Entry-level customer service and sales experience are valued as we place candidates with clients.

Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, and aligning candidate skills with client needs, while building strong business partnerships and maximizing billable hours to grow branch profits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership role a plus; staffing industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs and develop business leads.
• Assist in retention of current clientele and act as liaison between staff and clients.
• Maximize billable hours to increase market share and branch profits.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting quality performance.
• Conduct service calls to ensure quality customer service and obtain new business partnerships.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
• Implement and manage marketing programs for sales calls and PR for the branch.
• Nurture partnerships through exceptional customer service and retention strategies.
• Recruit, train and retain temporary staff; coach and counsel for job satisfaction.
