Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining employee data is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and coordination support to Talent Partners and other Talent teams.
• Prepare reports, trackers, communications, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, and development planning.
• Develop and maintain tools, resources, and training for Talent programs.
• Support onboarding, lifecycle transactions, and HR inquiries in collaboration with stakeholders.
