Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is looking for a Sr. Demand Planner for its Anderson, SC office. This role includes maintaining an accurate Production, Sales, and Inventory Plan, and ensuring data is effectively analyzed to meet inventory targets while enhancing processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of Supply Chain experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain experience.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a PSI and improve processes while exceeding service level expectations.
• Define inventory needs to support customer replenishment.
• Analyze and interpret supply chain data from multiple sources.
• Define factory orders for forecasted demand.
• Coordinate with Distribution on receiving priorities and order exceptions.
• Maintain critical business reports including financial forecasts and inventory projections.
• Schedule meetings to report potential supply chain failures.
• Document accountability for failures and corrective action.
• Manage customer emergencies to resolution.
• Assist with Customer Compliancy Disputes.
• Build relationships to recognize process improvement opportunities.
