Job summary

ADP’s Talent Activation Consulting (TAC) team partners with HR Business Partners, Relationship Managers and Sales to drive talent strategy and usage of ADP talent tools and services. The Specialist provides expert consulting on talent acquisition, management, and activation across client engagements.

The role emphasizes coaching, client outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance value and adoption of ADP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Major area of concentration in HR or technology.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of directly related experience in talent disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class, high-value consulting for HRO clients, focusing on talent strategy and direction.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Coach junior associates and influence tasks and deliverables without direct reporting lines.
• Drive a quality client experience and maximize growth of ADP talent products and solutions.
• Support regional programs, tool enhancements, product launches, and best practices with stakeholders.
• Participate in regional projects and cross-functional teams to provide feedback and drive initiatives.
