Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking a Talent Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness to support Talent Cycle programs and partner with HRBPs.

You will coordinate processes, manage data, develop tools, and drive continuous improvement to deliver a People First experience. The role requires strong communication, data integrity in HR systems like Workday, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Office apps.
• Knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and compliance required/preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems beneficial but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and coordination support to Talent Partners and other Talent teams.
• Prepare reports, trackers, communications, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, calibration, development planning, and engagement follow-up.
• Develop and maintain tools and resources to support Talent Cycle programs.
• Support onboarding initiatives in partnership with Training & Development and site stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in systems like Workday.
• Create HR dashboards and workforce summaries covering headcount, turnover, and metrics.
• Assist with talent planning, succession, audits, and employee relations documentation.
