Job summary

King County’s Department of Executive Services (DES) is seeking a proactive Talent Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitments and onboarding, deliver superior candidate and hiring manager experiences, and improve recruitment metrics. The role requires collaboration across units, strong customer service, and proficiency with HCM systems and office software.

Qualifications

Experience leading full-cycle recruitments and onboarding processes.
Ability to develop job postings and screening techniques to broaden applicant pools.
Strong communication with applicants, hiring managers and stakeholders.
Experience with Human Capital Management and applicant tracking systems.
Proficiency with Office tools and ERP software.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitments including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding activities.
Administer applicant tracking, references, and pre-employment processes.
Gather and report recruitment metrics and improve where needed.
Deliver excellent customer service to applicants, employees, and other stakeholders.
Maintain records and compliance with records management procedures.
