Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND moderate HR experience with recruitment or staffing.
• Equivalency: education and experience that cover recruitment responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple recruitments and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine requisitions and postings.
• Develop job announcements and screen applications across stages of recruitment.
• Act as ATS/HRIS expert (NeoGov and/or Dayforce preferred) and support system training and reporting.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through outreach and partnerships.
