Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of recent experience supporting complex projects.
• Strong customer service skills in all communications.
• Experience gathering data and producing reports.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Proficiency with Teams and SharePoint for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, proofread, and finalize correspondence and reports.
• Develop briefing materials and presentations aligned with DCHS branding.
• Gather data and materials to support compliance projects.
• Route and respond to inquiries for DCHS contractor navigation.
• Review training waiver requests and track trainings.
• Develop dashboards to monitor training completion rates.
• Establish file naming conventions and directory structures.
• Set up and manage Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites.
