Job summary

ADP - Automatic Data Processing is seeking a Talent Activation Specialist to support clients with talent offerings and advise internal partners on talent strategy and usage of tools and services. The role spans talent acquisition, management, and activation across projects and regions.

The position emphasizes relationship-building, consulting excellence, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive client value and product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR or technology focus preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of directly related experience in at least three talent disciplines.
• HR generalist experience with HCM tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class consulting for HRO clients focusing on talent strategy and direction.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, teams, and field markets.
• Apply product knowledge and market trends to deliver solutions at the right time.
• Coach junior associates and contribute to their development and onboarding.
• Drive high-quality client experiences and maximize adoption of ADP talent products.
• Participate in regional initiatives, tool enhancements, and special projects.
