Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager, Talent Management to shape enterprise performance strategy, oversee AI activation, and enable data-driven performance conversations across the organization. This role partners with HR and business leaders to implement Workday-based capabilities and governance, driving adoption and impact.

The incumbent will lead enterprise-wide talent initiatives, balance global consistency with regional needs, and champion AI fluency to improve productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational development, psychology, or a related field.
• 9+ years of progressive experience in performance management, talent management, organizational effectiveness, HR business partnership, change management, or a related HR discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide HR or talent processes, programs, or transformation initiatives within a large, multinational company.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and HR teams to drive adoption and lead change.
• Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging HR technology and workforce data to improve processes and outcomes.
• Demonstrated personal use of AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, or decision-making.
• Strong curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in AI, workforce transformation, and the future of work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Global Process Owner for CDW's enterprise performance management process.
• Set the strategic direction for goals, prioritization, measuring outcomes, and performance conversations.
• Ensure performance practices reinforce business strategy, values, and leadership expectations.
• Evaluate how AI and automation should shape the future of performance management and adoption.
• Partner with HR Technology to design and improve performance capabilities within Workday and related tools.
• Use data, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback to assess effectiveness and impact.
