Title: Contract Recruiter (Bilingual French/English) — Remote (USA/Canada) | Contract-to-Perm (W2)

Location: Remote (USA/Canada)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Travel: Up to 30% (events, site visits, meetings)

Employment Type: Contract-to-permanent (W2)

Pay Rate: $45/hour (W2)

About the role

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner / Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing across multiple functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, build high-quality pipelines, and deliver an excellent candidate and hiring-manager experience in a distributed environment.

What you’ll do

• Develop sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical/recurring roles
• Conduct talent mapping and market research (availability + compensation trends)
• Advise stakeholders on market conditions, qualifications, and hiring timelines
• Track and improve outcomes using recruiting data/analytics
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS and meet reporting/service-level expectations
• Participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and networking

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in English and French (professional interviewing and stakeholder communication in both)
• Recruiting experience: Bachelor’s + 3 years relevant experience OR HS/GED + 5 years relevant experience
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing background
• Skilled with Boolean search, talent mapping, pipeline development
• Comfortable with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter (or comparable)
• Organized, consultative, and able to manage multiple searches/priorities
• Able to travel up to 30%
