About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about building communities and growing platforms that create impact? SkilledUp Life is seeking a Volunteer Acquisition Volunteer (Europe) to help expand our user base across the European region.

In this role, you will focus on attracting skilled individuals from across Europe who are eager to gain experience and support startups. You’ll use grassroots outreach, digital channels, and local insights to build awareness of SkilledUp Life and encourage sign-ups from students, job seekers, career changers, and aspiring professionals.

This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in user acquisition, digital outreach, and community growth—while contributing to a purpose-driven platform that is reshaping how people gain experience.

Activities

• Identify and engage potential Volunteers across Europe via platforms like LinkedIn, Slack, Facebook, university forums, and professional communities.
• Execute outreach campaigns targeting specific European countries, universities, or talent hubs.
• Promote the benefits of SkilledUp Life in a way that resonates with European audiences.
• Collaborate on region-specific referral strategies and user growth initiatives.
• Represent SkilledUp Life in public discussions, digital events, and regional online communities.
• Track sign-ups, engagement, and campaign performance using internal tools and share learnings with the team.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak and write in English (fluency in a second European language is a plus).
• A passion for user growth, digital engagement, and helping others discover meaningful opportunities.
• Familiarity with social media, community platforms, and growth tools.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a remote team.
• Culturally aware and excited to engage with individuals from across Europe.
• Prior experience in marketing, recruitment, community management, or campus ambassadorship is a plus.

Duration

• 3 hrs. per day Monday to Friday
• Part-time
• Fully remote

Acquired Skills

• Real-world experience in user acquisition and growth marketing in a European context.
• Enhanced communication, outreach, and campaign execution skills.
• Deep understanding of regional engagement dynamics and community-building.
• Proficiency with digital tools used in modern volunteer and user engagement workflows.
• Ability to design and iterate on region-specific strategies to grow a platform.
• Exposure to the tech and startup ecosystem through direct interaction with the SkilledUp Life team.
