Are you a fundraising pro with a heart for impact? The Coalition for Global Health Innovation (CGHI) is seeking a Volunteer Fundraising Advisor to help guide our global, youth-led nonprofit toward financial sustainability. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing organization advancing equity in global health.

About Us

CGHI is a youth-led, multidisciplinary community spanning six continents. We empower young professionals to drive health equity through collaboration, knowledge exchange, and advocacy. We redefine global health innovation as community-driven solutions that prioritize equity, inclusion, and marginalized voices. Through our global community calls, expert webinars, and cross-sector collaborations, we’re building a movement for a more just and inclusive global health landscape.

Advisory Role (Remote, Volunteer)

As a CGHI Fundraising Advisor, you will:

• Advise on and co-develop CGHI’s fundraising and partnership strategy.
• Provide mentorship to our leadership on donor engagement, grants, and fundraising best practices.
• Help us design sustainable funding models to support programming, operations, and growth.
• Join quarterly advisory calls and provide ad-hoc input via email (estimated time: ~2–4 hours/month).

Who We’re Looking For

You might be the right fit if you have:

• A strong background in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, or philanthropy.
• Strategic thinking skills and a collaborative, mentorship-minded approach.
• A passion for global health, youth leadership, or social justice.
• Availability for light ongoing involvement in an advisory capacity.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience fundraising for grassroots or youth-led nonprofits.
