About the Role

As a Business Development Associate, you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising while making a real impact on our mission. You'll work closely with the organization to drive growth and support our programs, developing essential skills in fundraising strategy, donor relations, event planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising Support:Assist in researching funding opportunities, conducting outreach, and following up with potential donors and sponsors.
• Event Planning:Support the planning and execution of virtual fundraising events, campaigns, and donor engagement activities.
• Digital Fundraising:Assist in creating content for social media and email campaigns to drive donations and engagement. Help create marketing materials and presentations for fundraising efforts.
• Donor Relations:Assist in building and maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Data & Reporting:Track fundraising activities and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide future strategy.

• An excellent communicator, both in writing and in person and comfortable using digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , CRM platforms.
• Able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
