Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and develop position-specific recruiting strategies that help attract and hire high-quality talent in a timely manner.
This role partners closely with Hiring Managers and internal teams across the organization to support talent acquisition goals. The Talent Acquisition Partner will provide guidance on recruiting strategies, labor market trends, policies, processes, organizational needs, and industry practices.
The ideal candidate will bring strong full-cycle recruiting experience, advanced sourcing skills, technology recruiting experience, and a consultative approach to partnering with hiring leaders. This position will also support the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve recruiting workflows and reduce administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, with an emphasis on strong Hiring Manager partnerships and a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and execute position-specific recruiting strategies based on business and talent needs.
- Consult with Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies, workforce forecasting, requisition creation, approvals, sourcing, and hiring decisions.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, web searches, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and other digital sourcing tools.
- Leverage Copilot and approved Talent Acquisition workflows to support candidate sourcing, screening, and communication while following established processes.
- Participate in biweekly Copilot adoption calls, share recruiting use cases and feedback, and help colleagues become more comfortable with AI-enabled recruiting workflows.
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools to reduce administrative work and improve consistency, while communicating workflow gaps and improvement opportunities to the appropriate teams.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications based on agreed-upon competencies, business needs, and position requirements.
- Provide consultative recruiting guidance to Hiring Managers and support talent decisions using job market and compensation trends.
- Manage recruiting operations, including forecasting, requisition management, sourcing, reporting, and recruiting metrics.
- Track recruiting activity and candidate statuses accurately within ATS and/or VMS systems to support reporting and business objectives.
- Use recruiting data and metrics to support hiring decisions and contingent workforce spend.
- Encourage Hiring Managers to consider diversity and inclusion throughout the recruiting process.
- Participate in complex, cross-functional projects that require initiative, innovation, and independent decision-making.
- May serve as a primary point of contact for recruiting vendors and suppliers.
Contingent Recruiting Responsibilities
- Facilitate supplier Q&A sessions for requisitions as needed.
- Review and screen supplier-submitted candidate profiles based on skills, experience, availability, and position requirements.
- Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and coordinate interviews between Hiring Managers and suppliers.
- Facilitate contingent worker onboarding, offboarding, assignment changes, extensions, transfers, and backfills while ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- May work with VMS systems and support VMS administration, including Vndly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience in technology recruiting.
- Experience serving as a consultative Talent Acquisition partner to Hiring Managers and business leaders.
- Experience with AI-enabled recruiting workflows or AI enablement.
- Strong understanding of current business trends, labor markets, and recruiting strategies.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strong judgment and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong consulting and influencing skills, including the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal Equal Employment Opportunity and Affiant requirements is highly desirable.
- Advanced Boolean search skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Copilot.
- Experience with ATS and CRM recruiting systems.
- VMS experience is preferred; Vndly administrator experience is a plus.
