Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience administering TA systems and HR ERPs (Workday, Beamery, BrightHire).
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a distributed team.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and process-oriented thinker.

Responsibilities

• Administer TA systems and applications to keep workflows clear and easy to use.
• Provide customer service via monitoring inbound questions in ServiceNow, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Provide solutions for inbound questions and drive requests to closure.
• Follow up with end-users to close cases to satisfaction.
• Triage to subject matter experts and guide end-user system transactions.
• Design and refine processes to improve recruiter and hiring-team efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact for Sourcers, Recruiters, and Managers; host training sessions and build guides.
• Participate in HR-led workstreams and cross-functional projects aligned with timelines.
• Collaborate with People Operations to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Explore generative AI to streamline workflows and outcomes.
