Job summary

TSMC is seeking a Talent Acquisition System Admin to support ATS administration, reporting, and change management for a fast-moving team. You will coordinate with HQ in Taiwan and regional IT to launch a new ATS in Arizona while maintaining data integrity and supporting HR AI tools.

The role requires 0–3 years in administration or analytics, strong Excel skills, and adaptability in a small team environment. On-site work location is Phoenix, AZ, with full-time responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree; degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
• 0–3 years of progressive experience in administration, workforce analytics, or program management
• Demonstrated administrative experience with strong organization and follow-through
• Some experience in data analysis (e.g., building or interpreting reports and KPIs)
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Agile and adaptable, able to shift priorities in a small team
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer the ATS, including collecting internal needs, partnering with IT teams on system enhancements and integrations, and troubleshooting user needs
• Support end-to-end ATS launch in Arizona, tracking milestones and coordinating across regions and time zones
• Manage talent pool data and lead change management to drive adoption of new processes and systems
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards, including KPIs and hiring events
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders through the full lifecycle of contracts and projects
• Take meeting minutes, coordinate scheduling, and provide proactive updates and next steps
