Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1–2 years administrative or HR-related work experience preferred.
• Experience handling recruiting processes or working with an applicant tracking system preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment with high volume of calls, emails, and candidate activity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of candidates by sourcing across multiple online job boards and maintaining applicant flow.
• Conduct candidate outreach via phone, text, and email to build engagement and move applicants through the process.
• Complete soft phone screens to evaluate candidate fit and alignment with job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and recruiters.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to review staffing needs and provide updates.
• Support recruiters in managing requisitions and postings in the ATS.
• Post and maintain open jobs on internal and external career sites.
• Track and report recruiting metrics and candidate pipelines.
• Handle candidate inquiries to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Participate in recruiting or HR-related projects to support department goals.
