Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in CPG/manufacturing/food & beverage, with corporate level recruiting and global/C-suite exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across Barcel USA.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience and compliance with hiring regulations.
• Develop recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to strengthen Barcel USA’s talent brand.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and DEI initiatives.
