Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience; banking experience preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms (ADP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, labor laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment across multiple units.
• Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements and criteria.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Perform structured pre-screenings to assess fit and motivation.
• Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules and feedback loops.
• Negotiate offers and oversee background checks and onboarding.
• Build relationships with external agencies and networks.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Deliver New Hire Orientation and support HR initiatives.
• Mentor junior HR staff and drive process improvements.
