Job summary

Puig is seeking a strategic, hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across North America. You will shape and implement recruiting strategies for corporate, field, and retail roles, partnering closely with HRBPs and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and drive organizational growth.

The role requires 5+ years in Talent Acquisition and a strong track record in recruitment operations, sourcing strategies, and inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment operations.
• Experience leading recruitment across corporate, retail, field, or multi-site populations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, sourcing strategies, structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring-manager partnership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America Talent Acquisition function across corporate, field, retail, and functional roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions and partner for retail/field hiring.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align recruitment priorities with headcount plans and budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong external talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Drive employer branding, process improvements, and reporting of KPIs such as time-to-fill and pipeline health.
