Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5 years in HR, with proven ability to optimize recruiting workflows, utilize Workday, and manage diverse stakeholder needs. On-campus role with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a human resources function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and ensure timely processing of customer requests via the HR ticket system and UHD HR office email.
• Review and approve Workday business processes related to recruiting, transfers, and hiring transactions.
• Support talent acquisition team recommendations to hiring managers across job description review, application review, interviews, verification, compensation, and post-offer procedures.
• Manage recruitment activities for new employee hiring, including approving relevant selection documentation.
• Oversee daily operations for a benefits-eligible talent acquisition team, including supervision, work assignment, evaluation, and feedback.
