Responsible for leading and supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, supervising recruiting staff, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws, and promoting effective recruiting processes and a positive candidate experience.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years in leadership or supervisory capacity.
PHR or similar certification is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment is required.
Experience using applicant tracking systems.
Valid Driver’s License

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but may require some work outside of these hours, including weekends and occasional travel.
