GLOCK, Inc. USA in Smyrna, Georgia seeks a manufacturing supervisor to lead the Surface Treatment cluster, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality. You will oversee finishing of metal parts, allocate personnel, mentor operators and support continuous process improvement.
The role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with a 2nd shift schedule (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) Monday–Friday and regular attendance for shift handoffs.

Ensures manufacturing of products and semi-finished products in his/her assigned cluster within Surface Treatment in compliance with safety, shift productivity goals as well as internal and external quality specifications. Leads and motivates the team in his/her assigned cluster to achieve set goals. Oversees the finishing of metal parts according to procedure by performing the following duties:

The facility is indoor climate controlled. All machines have machine guarding as well as strict safety practices.
