Ensure that the assembling of Glock, Inc. production products are completed according to company procedures and productivity goals, as well as internal and external quality specifications.

High School Diploma or a GED
At least 3 years of experience as a shift supervisor preferably in the firearms, assembly, automotive, and/or metal manufacturing industry

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Physical exertion may be required to lift in excess of 40 pounds and transport up to 40 pounds with assistance. Work requires bending, stooping, and working in small, cramped areas. The employee is regularly required to work with and around oils, coolants, and cleaning solutions. Personal safety protective equipment is required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. Work involved minute exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and unpleasant odors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to occasionally loud. While performing job duties, the employee is exposed to lead in a controlled and monitored environment.
