Michaels is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, interview and evaluate candidates for our Irving, TX support center. You will partner with HR and business leaders to forecast staffing needs and drive fill rates using formal metrics and a centralized staffing model.

The role emphasizes strong sourcing, interviewing, and external partner collaboration, ensuring diverse candidate slates and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading full life-cycle recruiting.
• Experience implementing recruiting processes and programs.
• Experience recruiting and sourcing for retail or support center roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire across levels for the support center.
• Partner with HR Director to assess staffing needs and track metrics.
• Develop relationships with external resources to source talent.
• Provide counsel to hiring managers on mobility and external hiring policies.
