Job summary

Michaels' Support Center in Irving, TX offers a 10-week paid HR Internship designed to develop future leaders. As an HR Intern you will work closely with our HR team and contribute to recruitment, training, and HR administration initiatives.

You will screen resumes, schedule interviews, assist onboarding, organize training sessions, track development programs, and maintain HR records while building a professional network.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• College juniors or seniors preferred; new graduates considered.
• One year of retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional HR partners to support initiatives.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist onboarding for new hires.
• Support training sessions and development tracking.
• Assist HR administration tasks, including drafting offer letters and maintaining records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
