Job summary

Belle Aire Creations is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate, creative, technical, laboratory, sales, and operations. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to build effective recruiting strategies, attract top candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

You will recruit for multiple departments, manage multiple openings, and represent our culture to candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in fragrance industry recruiting preferred.
• Experience recruiting across multiple departments and levels.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates.
• Experience conducting candidate screens and evaluating qualifications.
• Experience with ATS.
• Proficiency with multiple recruitment platforms.
• Experience working with external staffing agencies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Deadline-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define responsibilities and qualifications.
• Develop, review, and update job descriptions.
• Post openings on ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, networking, referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/virtual screens.
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers with HR.
• Maintain candidate status in ATS.
• Provide regular updates on pipelines and market conditions.
