• This will be a Weekend position! You must be comfortable working 10-hour days Sat/Sun + two weekdays.

• You must have Real Estate acquisition experience! You need to have a track record of closing deals, understanding contracts, talking to distressed homeowners, overcoming objections, and a basic understanding of comping properties to be considered for this role!

We are looking for a highly driven, motivated closer that will follow our proven process to consult, get the price to where it needs to be, and contract the deal. This is all done 100% over the phone from home!

It is a full-time W2 position, with six-figure earning capability! You are on a small base plus a healthy commission. It is a high-volume sales role.

3. Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
