Job Title: Remote Outbound Sales Acquisitions Specialist(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type:Full-time

Salary: $1,750 - 2,000 USD/month + commissions per closed deals paid via Wise

Schedule: Monday–Friday, business hours Eastern Time

Job Overview:

Our client buys under optimized self storage facilities and improve them. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated team member to assist in generating and managing acquisition leads for our client's self-storage facilities. This role combines research, direct outreach, and CRM management to uncover and pursue new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Follow-Up & Outreach

    • Call old leads from our CRM (Close) to re-engage potential sellers

    • Contact real estate agents by phone, email, and text from provided lists

    • Send personalized outreach messages to agents and property owners

    • Log all communications and follow-ups in the CRM

  • Lead Sourcing

    • Use Century 21 Commercial and other listing platforms to identify new self-storage listings

    • Conduct satellite searches on Google Maps to find self-storage facilities not listed on major platforms

    • Search Yelp and Sparefoot to identify facilities lacking a Google Business Page presence

    • Create new leads from findings and initiate contact via phone

  • CRM Management

    • Catalog all new and existing leads into the CRM (Close)

    • Maintain accurate notes, statuses, and follow-up dates

    • Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills, especially phone and written outreach
  • Very good with people and getting them to send you deals
  • Experience using a CRM (Close preferred, but not required)
  • Comfortable with online research and mapping tools (Google Maps, Yelp, etc.)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
