• Manage hiring plans and forecast workforce needs across departments, shifts, and skilled trades.
• Recruit and source candidates for skilled trade, manufacturing, transportation, and support positions.
• Coordinate recruiting activities including career fairs, interviews, assessments, and offers.
• Track metrics, monitor pipelines, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Partner with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring.
