Job summary

JGM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the front end of our skilled-trades hiring pipeline. You will prescreen ironworkers, welders, fitters, laborers, and related roles using standardized questions, confirm safety readiness, and package summaries for recruiters. The role also handles offers and data entry into the ATS with accuracy.

This in-office position in Coatesville, PA is a 5-day-per-week role through mid-March, with lunch provided every other Friday.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in recruiting, HR coordination, or high-volume phone screening.
• Experience with skilled trades or industrial/construction hiring is a plus.
• Comfortable asking structured, consistent questions and capturing responses.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry in ATS.

Responsibilities

• Prescreen 20–30 candidates daily via structured phone/video calls.
• Send safety questionnaire and track completion before advancement.
• Write clear prescreen summaries for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Process verbal and written offers, coordinate start dates and benefits details.
• Enter resumes, prescreen notes, and offer status into BambooHR on the same day.
