Qualifications

• Ability to navigate high-volume hiring and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent.
• Recruit and source passive and active candidates through social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other channels.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate employment offers.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and best practices.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and stay updated on labor laws.
