Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and hiring managers.
• Valid MO Class E or KS Class C driver's license.
• Willingness to travel across the KC metro and Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Manage job postings and recruitment platforms while identifying new sourcing strategies.
• Monitor labor market trends to strengthen hiring strategies and candidate engagement.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews; coordinate interviews between candidates and managers.
• Maintain accurate applicant records in the ATS and assist with offers.
• Represent the agency at job fairs and community hiring events; build relationships with community organizations.
• Support recruiting efforts throughout the KC metro with occasional travel across Missouri.
