Job summary

Kansas City University is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for operational staff, student workers, and support roles. You will manage requisitions end-to-end, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, and ensure a positive candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle.

You will develop sourcing strategies, maintain recruitment documentation, and ensure adherence to university standards and policies while driving timely, high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in HR/Business Admin preferred.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience in higher ed, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience with ATS, screening, and interview coordination preferred.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies.
