WEX Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will partner with hiring managers, leveraging ATS/CRM tech to source passive talent and build strong pipelines.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coach managers on interview techniques while navigating offers, negotiations, and onboarding. The role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, compliance, and a candidate-focused experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Sales and/or Non-Technical Business Functions.
• Direct experience with Workday and Phenom for candidate management.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite, and modern sourcing tools.
• AI affinity and ability to evaluate AI-generated input for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for sales and non-technical roles—from intake to offer.
• Lead intake meetings to define role requirements and realistic timelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders on offers, negotiations and onboarding.
• Build and nurture talent pools using Phenom CRM to sustain pipelines.
• Maintain accurate data in Workday and Phenom for compliance and metrics.
