Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own a portfolio of client roles from kick-off through offer. You will review role briefs, shortlist candidates from our database, source directly when needed, run interviews, and partner with internal teams to close roles.

This hands-on, target-driven role thrives on ownership and pace. You will match candidates with briefs using our AI tools, source via LinkedIn Recruiter, and manage ads on our ATS, while maintaining a clean pipeline and data

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or high-volume in-house.
• Proven track record of meeting placement targets and maintaining a live pipeline.
• Fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outbound.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and assessing fit against briefs.
• Strong client/stakeholder skills and data cleanliness in ATS/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage client roles end-to-end from brief to placement.
• Hit monthly placement targets and maintain a healthy live pipeline.
• Shortlist candidates using internal database, AI matching, and other channels.
• Source directly via LinkedIn Recruiter and network when needed.
• Interview candidates and manage job ads on ATS and external boards.
• Calibrate candidates with clients and refine briefs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with delivery, sourcing, and account teams to progress roles.
• Keep role status and candidate data accurate in internal systems.
