Piper Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing Talent Acquisition team with one of our clients remotely. The Specialist will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment across life sciences, quality, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and corporate functions, plus sourcing, screening, interviewing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition or related field.
• Hands-on recruiting experience required.
• Life science/clinical recruiting experience preferred, not required.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level roles.
• Source and screen candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and university partnerships.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Draft and post job advertisements across platforms.
• Communicate with candidates about status and next steps.
• Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding.

• Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next steps.

Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Specialistr:

• 4+years of experience working in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field
• Must have previous hands on recruiting experience
• Life science/clinical research recruiting experience preferred, not required
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field

Compensation for the Corporate Recruiter:

• Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (through Cigna), 401k, Sick leave required as by law, PTO, Holidays
