We are seeking a Junior Talent Specialist to help develop and enhance our portfolio of industry-leading talent! In this role, you will:

• Source talent through LinkedIn, Bullhorn, and other platforms to support pipeline generation for Talent Specialists
• Assist Talent Specialists and Talent Manager with project-based work, including CRM system maintenance, candidate pipelining, and interview scheduling
• Collaborate closely with the Talent, Operations, and Human Resources teams to support the full candidate life cycle

Qualifications:

• Recent college graduates with an interest in life sciences, sales, human resources, or recruiting (December 2025 graduates are encouraged to apply!)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfort and professionalism when conducting phone calls and candidate communication
• High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
