The role emphasizes self-direction, data-driven recruitment, and a commitment to a strong candidate experience, with scope for growth, collaboration, and a benefits package including ESOP and 401(k).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 2–3 years’ recruiting experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and hiring decisions.
• Proactive, self-directed with strong time management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong Microsoft Office and ATS skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring criteria.
• Source and attract candidates via databases, networks, and events.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve processes.
• Assist with recruiting budget and vendor invoices.
• Stay current on best practices in talent acquisition.
