Job summary

Congressional Country Club is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Team Member Engagement (TME) team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with managers, and develop engaging postings that reflect Congressional's culture.

You will build talent pipelines, support events, and help create a responsive, welcoming candidate experience while growing toward a Talent Acquisition Manager role based on performance and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in hospitality/club environment is a plus.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from posting to offer.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop engaging job postings reflecting Congressional's culture.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (boards, LinkedIn, colleges).
• Review applications and conduct screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate CCC FIT interview process and extend offers.
