Job summary

Cardlytics is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our lean, high‑impact Talent Acquisition function. This hands‑on role covers recruiting operations, sourcing, candidate engagement, and full‑cycle activities with the Head of TA.

You will manage interview coordination, candidate communications, and offer administration while building diverse pipelines and maintaining accurate ATS workflows. This role requires independence, sound judgment, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house or agency environment.
• Experience managing complex interview scheduling and multi-stakeholder communications.
• Strong sourcing fundamentals including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, candidate research, and outreach.
• Experience conducting candidate phone screens or ability to learn structured screening quickly.
• Exceptional organization, detail orientation, follow-through, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment in a fast-moving environment.
• Growth mindset and interest in developing into full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interviews, calendars, and interviewer panels; manage reschedules and provide a seamless candidate experience.
• Own candidate communications throughout the process, including confirmations, prep, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Source and build diverse pipelines for priority roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and outreach.
• Review resumes and conduct structured initial screens for defined roles.
• Maintain accurate data and workflows: candidate stages, feedback, requisition activity, reporting.
• Coordinate offer process, draft letters, run background checks, manage pre-hire workflows.
• Monitor feedback and keep hiring teams informed to move processes timely.
• Deliver a consistent, professional interview process with TA partners.
