Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple areas of the business, with a focus on fashion, apparel, and retail roles in Miami.

You will independently source, screen, interview, and extend offers while partnering with hiring leaders to align candidate profiles with market needs; experience recruiting designers and creative talent is required, and on-site presence in Miami is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Fashion, apparel, or retail industry recruiting experience required.
• Direct experience recruiting designers or other creative talent required.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates.
• Strong experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Miami, FL.

Our client, an established apparel and lifestyle company with a diverse portfolio of brands, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple areas of the business. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter with direct experience hiring within the fashion industry, including recruiting creative and design talent. The successful candidate will independently manage searches from sourcing through offer while partnering closely with hiring leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and offer negotiation
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive talent for a variety of corporate and creative positions
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and guide searches throughout the interview process
• Recruit specialized talent, including design and creative professionals within the fashion industry
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct outreach, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels
• Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate, pipeline, and requisition information within the ATS
• Independently manage multiple open searches and ensure hiring processes continue moving efficiently

• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable independently managing multiple searches
